Frequently Asked Questions
It’s a free online experience designed to help you better understand what’s really holding you back, and how to start living with more clarity, purpose and resilience.
Each day you’ll get a short task (like a quiz or reflection exercise), plus the chance to join a live group coaching call at 7:30pm to unpack the topic and get real support.
You can join from anywhere, and all you need is 20 minutes a day.
Totally fair. That’s why we’ve designed this to be achievable even for men with demanding schedules. The daily task takes 10–15 minutes, and the evening call is optional (but valuable). This isn’t about adding pressure, it’s about giving you space to breathe, reflect and reset.
Nope. You can just show up, listen, and take what you need. There’s zero pressure to speak, and if you do feel like sharing, you’ll be doing it in a safe, private group of like-minded men led by two experienced coaches who’ve got your back.
We encourage you to join live if you can, but we know life’s full-on. That’s why we’ll send out recordings after each evening call so you can catch up in your own time.
Each day is based around one powerful theme:
Day 1: Emotional Resilience – how you handle stress and pressure
Day 2: Inner Critic – spotting the voice that holds you back
Day 3: Values – reconnecting with what really matters
Day 4: Attachment Style – understanding your patterns in relationships
Day 5: Mentors – defining the man you want to become
It’s practical, grounded, and built to give you insight fast.
Neither. This is structured, coach-led personal development - informed by psychology, but designed for action and clarity. It’s not about digging into your past, it’s about building awareness and momentum for your future.
That’s exactly why you should try it.
Most men who join us feel the same way at first; unsure, sceptical, maybe even uncomfortable. But if something inside you is saying “there’s got to be more than this”, this challenge will meet you where you are, and help you take the next step.
Yep - 100% free.
No hidden costs.
We run this challenge to genuinely help men get unstuck, and to show what’s possible when you have the right support. Later in the week, we’ll share details of our 90-day coaching programme if you want to keep going, but there’s no pressure to join.
You’ll be coached by Christian Chalfont, a registered psychotherapist, and Billy Clark, a teacher and accredited coach. They’ve worked with hundreds of men across retreats, coaching programmes and group workshops, and they know how to create spaces where men feel safe, supported and seen.
You’ll get a confirmation email straight away, followed by a few quick prep messages in the days before we start. Each morning of the challenge, we’ll email your daily task. Then in the evening, we go live at 7:30pm for coaching and Q&A.
About Us

Christian Chalfont
For over 20 years I was held back by deep feelings of imposter syndrome and anxiety, resulting in me frequently changing careers. Everything came to a head in 2019 when I began questioning my purpose in life and my value to those closest to me. Thankfully, I had the unwavering support of my partner. This allowed me to take the risk to do a deep dive into myself, rather than looking outward for the answers.
This resulted in a huge amount of self-reflection, volunteering, training and no small amount of personal growth and development. I spent a lot of time exploring my past experiences, upbringing, relationships, education, careers, traumas, successes and beliefs.
Historically I have worked as a personal trainer and sports therapist, property investor and stock trader. As well as a number of other professions! However, I trained as a Counsellor and Facilitator to thread my passions for health, wellbeing, personal development, group work and working with people one-to-one.
Our program is a combination of psycho-education, executive coaching and tools to support you in regulating your nervous system. You are what you think, and what you think governs how you feel - your beliefs shape your reality. The more fully you understand yourself, the better equipped you are to achieve the life you want.

Billy Clark
Billy’s life has been historically characterised as one involving struggles to live with OCD, generalised anxiety, confusion of identity (particularly as a working-class male and who he should/shouldn’t be because of that label) and low confidence, amongst an ever-changing home environment.
Through a lot of inner work, healing, and introspection, he has managed to not only live with these troubles but accept them and embrace them as a part of his authentic self; a healthy narrative that acknowledges the facts without dismissing them due to their initial discomforting appearance.
He has been a happy and successful teacher of Religious Education and Philosophy for 8 years and has been practising as a coach for the past 2, increasing in confidence as time has gone by. As of January 2023, he will be coaching staff, students, and parents full-time within the education sector, combining his passion for teaching, coaching, and reading philosophy, making the abstract more practical.
Billy believes passionately that the use of language and storytelling is vital to living an authentic and fulfilled life. He focuses on the stories that clients tell themselves, their sense of identity that emerges from those stories, the thought patterns that unconsciously hold us all back and the values that can be unearthed in amongst that conversation.

Over the past six years, I have been incredibly fortunate to meet a number of men who have held and witnessed me in ways I had never been taught. In turn, they trusted me to hold and witness them.
The coaching we offer is a culmination of all I have learnt, throughout my life. From my personal experiences, to my continued education, training and personal development.
